Acceptanceof Orders: Ryeka reserves the right to decline any orders.

LiabilityLimit: Ryeka reserves the right to fulfill completely, partially or even not atall any order it has accepted. The customer

understandsthat Ryeka has done its best to fulfill the order and waives his right toobtain a reduction of the price of

thesale, as well as his right to resolve the said sale, particularly if Ryeka doesnot completely fulfill the order.

Payment: COD, prepayment, money order, certified cheque,Mastercard, or Visa.

Back Orders: Some products may not be shippable due to factors beyondour control. We will endeavour to contact you at the earliest convenience ifthis problem arises. Back order items may be maintained for 30 days, at whichtime they will be cancelled. If you do not wish back orders, please notify uswhen ordering. Dealers will be notified before back orders are released.

Shipping: The conditions predetermined by Ryeka for shippingcharges are as follows:

-All orders ship FOB Mississauga via courier of choice as our online presents.

Allorders are shipped F.O.B. Mississauga . Orders will be shipped prepaid andcharged via the courier of our choice unless otherwise specified. Deliverycharges will be shipped prepaid and added to our invoice. Ryeka at itsdiscretion may add an insurance charge to you order.

Claims: All claims must be made to Ryeka within three (3) daysfollowing the reception of merchandise by the customer. No claim will beconsidered past this period.

Return of Merchandise: In order to return merchandise, the customer MUST obtainan authorization number from Ryeka (no return accepted without thisauthorization number). Upon authorization by Ryeka, the customer assumes thefreight cost involved, as well as 20% percent of the total cost of themerchandise returned. This 20% will be subtracted from the credit allowed forthe returned goods. The customer must return the goods in perfect saleablecondition, along with the authorization number and the relevant invoice number.

Anyrefused orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all applicable freightcosts.

Charges: All purchases are payable to Ryeka Sport Inc. If thecustomer’s credit and orders are approved, the total price of the purchase mustbe paid within 15 days. Service charges of two percent (2%) per month(twentyfour percent yearly-24% per annum) will be added to the unpaid balanceafter this period. A $35.00 fee will be charged for any NSF cheques.

Ownership of Merchandise: The customer recognizes that all merchandise present, tocome, sold and delivered by Ryeka remain the entire & exclusive property ofRyeka until complete and final payment of the price of the sale, includingfreight cost and interest when applicable.

Damages: The customer recognizes that he will pay as damages toRyeka notably all judicial and extra-judicial costs incurred by Ryeka in legalproceedings for such collections.

Warranty: Warranties are the responsibilitiesof the manufacturer and no implied or actual warranty is given by Ryeka Sport.
